Waffle Sandwich with Grilled Vegetables and Camembert

This waffle sandwich combines the crispiness of waffles with the smoky flavors of grilled vegetables and the creamy richness of Camembert cheese. It's a delightful fusion of textures and tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 waffles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of Camembert cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Lettuce leaves optional
  • Tomato slices optional

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Add the red and yellow bell pepper slices, zucchini slices, and red onion to a bowl

Drizzle with olive oil

Add pepper and salt

Plants should be put on the grill and cooked for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until they are soft and have grill marks

Take it off the grill and set it aside

To make a creamy sauce, put mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey in a small bowl and mix them together

On two of the waffles, put a slice of Camembert cheese to make the sandwiches

Add the grilled vegetables on top, and if you want, you can also add lettuce leaves and tomato slices

After putting the other two waffles on top of the waffles with vegetables, spread the creamy sauce on them

This will make a sandwich

You can quickly heat the assembled sandwiches in a toaster oven or on the grill until the cheese starts to melt if you'd rather have them warm

Put extra creamy sauce on the side so that you can dip your waffle sandwiches in it

Enjoy your tasty Camembert and grilled vegetable waffle sandwich!
