Chocolate Waffles with Yogurt and Fresh Berries

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract

Mix well

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined
