Gluten-Free Tuna Stuffed Jalapenos



These gluten-free tuna stuffed jalapenos are a spicy and flavorful appetizer or snack option. They're easy to make and perfect for those following a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large jalapenos, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Shredded cheese for topping

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, salt, and pepper

Stuff each jalapeno half with the tuna mixture

Place stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Optional: Top each jalapeno with shredded cheese

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the filling is heated through
