Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions:
In a blender, combine avocados, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and broth
Blend until smooth
Transfer mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat
Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper
